You're constantly evolving, so shouldn't your opportunities be, too?The OpportunityReporting to the MDMA Strategy and Effectiveness Sr Director, this role will drive delivery excellence for marketing analytics initiatives by establishing Agile practices, coordinating cross-functional work, and ensuring timely, high-quality outcomes. You will serve as capacity manager for multiple measurement functions, enabling efficient prioritization, workload execution, stakeholder alignment, and transparent reporting. Your work will increase the impact of Ally's marketing measurement and attribution efforts by keeping projects on track, removing impediments, and fostering continuous improvement across all business lines.At this time, Ally will not sponsor a new applicant for employment authorization for this position.The Work Itself Serve as Scrum Master for analytics squads: facilitate sprint ceremonies (planning, daily stand-ups, refinement, reviews, retrospectives), uphold Agile principles, and coach team members on best practices.Partner with project teams and stakeholders (LOB Leads, Digital Marketing, Technology, Marketing Research, Content & Strategy) to define clear objectives, scope, acceptance criteria, and success metrics for marketing analytics initiatives.Own project planning and execution: create and maintain roadmaps, sprint plans, milestones, dependencies, risks, and resource plans across concurrent projects.Drive backlog management: ensure well-groomed epics/stories, prioritize work based on business value, and maintain alignment with strategic goals and KPI frameworks.Remove impediments: proactively identify and resolve blockers, coordinate with data owners and technology teams, and escalate risks with mitigation plans.Standardize processes and documentation: establish templates, playbooks, and operating rhythms for measurement plans, attribution analyses, KPI reporting, and cross-team handoffs.Improve delivery performance: track and report Agile and project health metrics (velocity, burn-down, cycle time, on-time delivery, stakeholder satisfaction) and lead retrospectives to implement actionable improvements.Coordinate cross-functional dependencies: align campaign timelines, data availability, and analytics deliverables across online/offline channels and platforms.Ensure transparent communication: prepare and present status updates, timelines, and dashboards to leadership and partners; maintain project artifacts and decision logs.Support change management: enable teams to adopt new tools, workflows, and governance for measurement and attribution; provide training and onboarding as needed. The Skills You BringMinimum Qualifications 3+ years of experienceHigh School Diploma or GED equivalent Preferred Qualifications 3+ years experience in Agile project management, Scrum Mastery, or program management within analytics or technology environments.PMP, SAFe, or Agile certifications.Bachelor's degree in Business, Project Management, Marketing, Analytics, or related fieldDemonstrated experience facilitating Agile ceremonies and coaching teams; Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM).Proficiency with Agile/PM tooling such as Jira, Confluence, Trello, Asana, or equivalent; including the ability to build dashboards, workflows, and reports.Strong project planning and delivery skills; including scope definition, backlog management, dependency tracking, risk/issue management, and stakeholder communications.Familiarity with marketing analytics concepts (conversion funnels, KPIs, attribution, campaign measurement) and the data lifecycle; ability to translate technical work into business outcomes.Working knowledge of data and analytics practices; comfort collaborating with analysts and data scientists.Excellent verbal and written communication; adept at executive-ready updates and cross-functional facilitation.Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent initiatives, prioritize effectively, and drive accountability in ambiguous environments.Experience establishing repeatable processes, templates, and governance for analytics delivery.Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust, influence without authority, and foster a collaborative, continuous-improvement culture.Self-starter with an inquisitive, solutions-oriented mindset and creative problem-solving skills.
