Long Term Care Pharmacist in Charge in Vinton, VA

A direct hire opportunity is available for an experienced Pharmacist In Charge (PIC) to lead a brand new long-term care pharmacy site in Vinton, VA. This role requires a dynamic leader with strong operational knowledge and a hands-on approach to ensure smooth daily operations while maintaining compliance with all regulations. The pharmacy operates 24/7 with multiple shifts, offers a fast-paced start-up environment, and includes a team of pharmacists, technicians, and administrative support.
