Job Description

Drive excellence in master data management as our SAP MDG Lead Expert . Architect innovative solutions across Material, Business Partner, and Finance domains while bridging the gap between business needs and technical implementation.Req.#976559312Responsibilities Solution Architecture: Design end-to-end MDG solutions with advanced data modeling, UI frameworks, and BRF+ workflows Data Governance: Establish enterprise data standards and quality frameworks that deliver measurable business value Technical Leadership: Spearhead S/4HANA integrations and manage connections with 20+ satellite systems Implementation: Lead full project lifecycles from conception to hypercare with proven methodologies Team Development: Guide and mentor cross-functional teams of consultants to deliver exceptional results Requirements Expert-level knowledge across all MDG domains (M, S, C, F) Advanced proficiency with BRF+, Floorplan Manager, and ABAP Objects Demonstrated success integrating SAP ecosystems via Data Services, BTP, and ESB solutions Proven experience with S/4HANA migration and CVI synchronization 6-10 years SAP Data Management experience with 3+ successful MDG implementations Degree in Computer Science/Information Systems or equivalent Outstanding communication skills to translate complex concepts for business stakeholders SAP MDG Certification preferred We offer Medical, Dental and Vision Insurance (Subsidized) Health Savings Account Flexible Spending Accounts (Healthcare, Dependent Care, Commuter) Short-Term and Long-Term Disability (Company Provided) Life and AD&D Insurance (Company Provided) Employee Assistance Program Unlimited access to LinkedIn learning solutions Matched 401(k) Retirement Savings Plan Paid Time Off - the employee will be eligible to accrue 15-25 paid days, depending on specific level and tenure with EPAM (accrual eligibility may change over time) Paid Holidays - nine (9) total per year Legal Plan and Identity Theft Protection Accident Insurance Employee Discounts Pet Insurance Employee Stock Purchase Program If otherwise eligible, participation in the discretionary annual bonus program If otherwise eligible and hired into a qualifying level, participation in the discretionary Long-Term Incentive (LTI) Program This Remote Position Cannot be Performed in New York City.This posting includes a good faith range of the salary EPAM would reasonably expect to pay the selected candidate. The range provided reflects base salary only. Individual compensation offers within the range are based on a variety of factors, including, but not limited to: geographic location, experience, credentials, education, training; the demand for the role; and overall business and labor market considerations. Most candidates are hired at a salary within the range disclosed. Salary range: $150,000 - $170,000.
