Office Clerk / Administrative Assistant We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Office Clerk / Administrative Assistant to support our office operations. This is a part-time position ideal for a bilingual professional who is organized, punctual, and comfortable handling administrative tasks. Schedule: Monday Friday, 8:00 AM 12:00 PM (With the possibility of additional hours if needed) Pay Rate: $16.00 per hour (starting) Responsibilities Take accurate notes related to charts and office records Assist with general administrative and clerical duties Organize and maintain files and documentation Support office staff with day-to-day tasks as needed Communicate effectively in both English and Spanish Requirements Fully bilingual in English and Spanish (required) Strong organizational and note-taking skills Basic computer skills (Word, Excel, email) Ability to follow instructions and work independently Reliable and punctual Additional Information This is a part-time role with the opportunity to increase hours based on business needs and performance.
