Management And Program Analyst The primary purpose of this position is to serve as the Management and Program Analyst for the Programs and Requirements Division, advising and assisting the Division Chief with planning, organizing, and overseeing division activities, goals, and objectives. Duties include: Works with Division Chief in planning, organizing, and overseeing the activities of the Division. Serves as Panel Office Coordinator to the HAF Engine Room. Serves as Division Workflow Manager. Serves as Programming Training Lead and Backup Programmer. This Position is Centrally Managed in the Operations Career Field. Work may occasionally require travel away from the normal duty station on military or commercial aircraft. Air Force planning, programmer, or budgeting experience is highly desirable. Qualifications include: Incumbent may be required to acquire and retain Top Secret Clearance eligibility with Sensitive Compartmented Information access, based upon a Single Scoped Background Investigation. Position may include additional program security requirements in order to fully perform the duties and responsibilities of the position. If so, incumbent must be willing to submit to a Counterintelligence Polygraph and mandatory drug testing. This position has been designated by the Air Force as a Testing Designated Position (TDP) under the Air Force Civilian Drug Testing Program. Employee must pass initial and periodic short notice drug testing. Illegal drug use by employees in sensitive positions present a clear threat to the mission of the Air Force, national security, and public safety. In order to qualify, you must meet the specialized experience requirements described in the Office of Personnel Management (OPM) Qualification Standards for General Schedule Positions, Administrative and Management Positions- Management and Program Analysis (0343) SPECIALIZED EXPERIENCE: Applicants must have at least one (1) year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-13 (or higher) grade level or equivalent (may have been obtained in the federal service, military, or public sector).
