RC Homes, Inc., is a fast-growing, Los Angeles and Orange County based homebuilder of select new-home and rental communities in Southern California. We are seeking an Administrative Assistant to report to the President and assist the Company with office administrative responsibilities and customer service coordination as detailed below. Applicants should be well organized, personable, take pride in their work and embrace working in a high-paced environment with a dynamic team. This is a part-time position that may grow into full-time. Compensation of $30-35 / hour for 3 days per week. Responsibilities include: Provide administrative support to the President and other team members (as needed). Keep the office organized by maintaining office supplies and other office administrative work. Assist with HR duties, including processing payroll (tracking and inputting vacation requests and reimbursements and health insurance information) and on-boarding new employees. Plan and organize company gatherings; managing company communications. Support sales team by coordinating documentation and reporting Review and circulate incoming mail on a daily basis. Other general administrative duties and ad hoc reporting and special projects as needed. Qualifications Enthusiastic, hard-working and detailed individual who embraces working in a dynamic environment. 3+ years of experience as assistant or office administrator. Ability to communicate with team members, subcontractors and consultants in a professional manner. Pride in quality workmanship, strong attention to detail and results oriented. Team player with excellent people and organizational skills. College education preferred. Proficient with computers and basic software programs, including Microsoft Excel. Notary license is a plus.
