Marketing Specialist The Marketing Specialist supports the development and execution of print and digital marketing materials to increase brand awareness and drive profitable growth. This role ensures consistent activation of B2B, B2C, and B2E marketing standards and partners cross-functionally to bring brand and program stories to life. The ideal candidate is a creative, collaborative thinker with a passion for storytelling. Specific Responsibilities Develop and update presentation materials in PowerPoint and other platforms to support sales and operations with clear, on brand program content and messaging. Assist with internal and external communications, including newsletters, email communications, and campaign support. Support social media efforts by gathering assets, drafting posts, coordinating approvals, scheduling content, and monitoring engagement. Support the coordination and execution of quarterly promotional materials, including gathering vendor assets, gaining approvals, and managing timelines. Design and deploy marketing materials for digital and print use, including playbooks, menus, planograms, signage, uniforms, and other marcom. Maintain organization and governance of marketing assets, templates, and shared resources. Support event logistics and communications for meetings, conferences, and field events. Assist with tracking, reporting, and analysis of promotions and program effectiveness. Reporting Relationships This position will report to the Marketing Manager within the Aramark Correctional Services team and work with other marketing team members across the business. Qualifications Experience and Personal Attributes The ideal candidate will have the following professional experience and skills: Food service and/or services marketing experience desirable Experience in creative software, like Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or others a plus Strong computer skills in Microsoft Office, primarily PowerPoint Technically capable and comfortable with learning new technologies and systems It is expected that the successful candidate will have the following personal attributes. Candidates must possess the ability to communicate effectively, display a professional and positive demeanor and build professional rapport by demonstrating active oral, written, presentation and listening skills. Exceptional interpersonal and organizational skills with high attention to detail; demonstrated project management experience. Ability to adapt to rapidly shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment and respond quickly to changing business needs within a heavily matrixed organization. Self-motivated individual with a high level of energy and willingness to learn and contribute; superior time-management skills and demonstrated track record of taking initiative and accepting accountability. Demonstrated personal record of success and effective performance. Education The successful candidate will possess a bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in Marketing, Communications, Creative, or business-related field. Travel Less than 10%
