Job Description: The Customer Support Specialist (CSS) requires outstanding customer service skills, excellent communication with internal and external stakeholders, attention to detail and a proactive approach to seamless service delivery to our customers. The CSS will provide daily support in the Contact Center, coordinating service for our clients and their customers. The CSS will sell and reinforce the company competitive value proposition in every interaction with shippers, recipients and partners as required. ESSENTIAL DUTIES: Build trusted relationships to ensure excellent service Serve as front line logistics support for shippers of perishable goods and their customers Provide proactive information to our shippers and their customers Understand and manage the emotional expectations of all supply chain stakeholders Answer inquiries from shippers and recipients Identify new areas of opportunity and work with the Sales team to bring in new business Flexibility in work schedule, including Saturday, Sunday and evening shifts Additional responsibilities as assigned
