Roles & Responsibilities Administer chemotherapy and outpatient infusions safely and compassionately Assess and manage ports, start and maintain IV access, and operate infusion pumps Monitor patients for treatment response and side effects; recognize and escalate abnormal lab values Document thoroughly and accurately in EPIC to ensure continuity of care Provide patient and family education on chemotherapy, body fluid handling, and safety precautions Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team including radiology and therapy services Maintain radiation safety and isolation precautions when applicable Float between outpatient clinics as needed, bringing flexibility and a team-player attitude Qualifications Active Registered Nurse (RN) license ONS/OCN chemotherapy certification required (ONS chemo-certified nurse preferred) BLS required; ACLS preferred EPIC charting experience required At least 2 years of chemotherapy/infusion experience; 3 years RN experience preferred Comfortable caring for adult and geriatric oncology patients Experience managing ports, infusion pumps, and complex IV therapy Education Active Registered Nurse (RN) license; graduation from an accredited nursing program Knowledge & Skills Chemotherapy administration and body fluid handling Infusion therapy best practices and infusion pump management Port care and access management Proficient charting in EPIC Ability to recognize and communicate abnormal lab values Isolation precautions, PPE, and radiation safety awareness Strong patient education and symptom management skills Ability to float across outpatient infusion clinic settings Benefits Generous housing stipend and travel reimbursement to make your move easy and stress-free Comprehensive medical, dental & vision coverage to keep you and your family healthy Paid Time Off so you can recharge after meaningful work Licensure assistance and reimbursement to help you stay compliant and mobile Professional development and continuing education support to grow your oncology infusion skills Referral bonus program — bring a friend and both win A supportive team that values YOU and your clinical judgment Work/life balance with predictable day shifts and no weekends or on-call Travel Perks: Explore Columbus, OH Explore Columbus when you clock out: wander the Short North Arts District galleries and cozy cafes, stroll the Scioto Mile riverfront and parks, visit COSI for a dose of fun and science, or relax at Franklin Park Conservatory.
