Orthopedic Practice Supervisor

Job Title: Orthopedic Practice Manager / Supervisor Location: Cedarhurst, NY Job Type: Full-Time (Monday–Friday) Pay: $90,000+ per year Duration: Temporary-to-Permanent (Minimum 6 months) Key Responsibilities: Oversee multi-site clinic operations and ensure high-quality patient care Recruit, train, and supervise clinical and administrative staff Manage budgets and monitor financial performance Ensure HIPAA compliance and adherence to healthcare regulations Improve workflows, patient satisfaction, and operational efficiency Support marketing and business development initiatives Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree preferred Minimum 2 years healthcare management experience (orthopedic/multi-site preferred) Knowledge of medical terminology, billing, and HIPAA Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills Proficient in Microsoft Office Benefits: PTO, Health, Dental, Vision, Life, Short & Long-Term Disability
