Our platform uses AI-powered clinical intelligence to analyze patient history and identify when someone should receive evidence-based cancer screening and preventive testing. Our virtual care team then guides patients through the process—from telehealth visit to lab test to results. We’re looking for a Care Coordinator who can keep this engine running smoothly. This role sits at the center of everything: patients, providers, labs, insurance, and technology. You will. You’ll contact patients after they register, confirm their information, help schedule visits, and ensure they successfully connect with their provider. You will be the person making sure nothing falls through the cracks. Coordinate Testing and Follow-Up After the visit, patients may need blood work, imaging, or at-home screening kits. You will place orders, coordinate with labs, track completion, and ensure patients receive clear instructions on next steps. Keep the Clinical Workflow Moving You’ll review visit documentation, verify orders, track patient tasks, and maintain accurate records inside our platform. Our system pulls clinical data in real time and applies national screening guidelines. Your job is to ensure the operational side runs just as intelligently. Solve Problems Quickly Patients forget appointments. Insurance information is missing. Labs need clarification. You’ll resolve issues quickly and escalate clinical questions to providers when necessary. ⸻ What We’re Looking For Someone organized, proactive, and comfortable navigating healthcare systems. You should be confident speaking with patients, managing multiple tasks at once, and using technology to track workflows.
