HR Specialist - DUN Roechling Automotive Duncan - Duncan, SC 29334 Description Creates employee identification badges and handles associated security system/issues Attendance tracking Employee relations via daily interaction Investigation and resolution of employee issues Maintains training records and documents for all full time and temporary employees Success Factors (HRIS) Updates Global Standardization of Titles Updates 90 Training Plans Standardized and updated Job Descriptions Standardized and updated Benefits Invoices cross check Compiles reports as needed Responsible for special projects as assigned by manager Employment Verifications Recruiting for Duncan, Troy and Akron Manage Co-Op and Intern Program Any other duties that may be assigned by HR Manager Qualifications Work experience requirements: 1+ years general Human Resources experience High School Diploma or Equivalent, bachelor's degree preferred Knowledge of principles, practices and standards of payroll and benefits administration Must possess research and analytical skills State and federal labor laws and regulations, specifically related to payroll and benefits administration, payroll and benefits tax, and government agency reporting requirements Excellent knowledge of MS Office software, specifically Excel as utilized in human resource data collection, analysis and reporting preferred Excellent communication We are looking for a team player with well-developed interpersonal skills, with proven ability to support a positive team environment
