Essential Job Functions:Responsible for accurate application of fertilizer and/or chemicals per blend sheet specificationsMaintains and repairs equipment according to maintenance schedule, policies and proceduresCommunicates with managers and sales staff to assure safe, accurate quality, efficient and timely applicationWorks in any area of operation or production as assignedInteracts with customers in a professional manorSupervises drivers in product transfer operationsWorks safely following safety rules, regulations and PPE requirementsExhibits attitude and actions consistent with policiesAttention to detail and a strong sense of ownership in his/her work and application equipmentSales to new and existing customers Other Duties Please note this job description is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties or responsibilities that are required of the employee for this job.
