DOE Location: Fort Myers, FL Hours: Monday - Friday, 8am-5pm Experience: 1+ Year Call Center Customer Experience Specialist Job Responsibilities Deliver swift, high-quality solutions via phone, email, and live chat, ensuring a seamless experience across all platforms. Navigate complex inquiries and complaints with a calm, patient, and human-centered approach. Maintain high-integrity records of all interactions within our CRM to help us track trends and improve our services. Recognize and prioritize high-stakes issues, routing them to leadership to ensure rapid resolution. Act as a subject matter expert, guiding customers through our offerings to help them find the perfect fit for their needs. Foster a collaborative, high-energy environment.
