Supply Chain Continuous Improvement Intern We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Continuous Improvement Intern to support our process improvement initiatives. The intern will work closely with cross-functional teams to document, analyze, and visualize business processes to identify inefficiencies and improvement opportunities. Key Responsibilities Assist in documenting current-state ("as-is") business processes through interviews, workshops, and data review Create clear and accurate process maps using tools such as Visio, Lucidchart, Miro, or similar Support analysis of process gaps, bottlenecks, risks, and redundancies Help develop future-state ("to-be") process maps and improvement recommendations Maintain process documentation and standard operating procedures (SOPs) Collaborate with stakeholders across departments to validate process flows Prepare presentations and summary reports for project updates Required Qualifications Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, Information Systems, or a related field Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to understand complex workflows and translate them into visual diagrams Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) Strong communication and interpersonal skills Preferred Qualifications Familiarity with process mapping or improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma, BPMN) Experience with process mapping or diagramming tools Interest in operational excellence and continuous improvement Learning Opportunities Hands-on experience with real-world business processes Exposure to process improvement frameworks and best practices Mentorship from experienced operations and process improvement professionals Development of analytical, documentation, and stakeholder engagement skills
