We are seeking a qualified Clinic Scheduler to join our management operational team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth daily operations and promoting an environment conducive to team excellence. This role necessitates outstanding organizational skills, experience working with diverse communities, a strong dedication to family support, and the capability to manage multiple schedules. Responsibilities and Duties Manage and coordinate all clinic scheduling, including appointments, procedures, and follow-up visits, optimizing provider efficiency and patient flow. Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and scheduling logs. Liaise with clinical staff, management, and external partners to ensure seamless operational coordination. Oversee and manage medical billing and coding processes to ensure accuracy and compliance. Handle basic accounting tasks, including processing payments and managing daily financial records. Contribute to maintaining a positive, professional, and family-supportive work environment. Perform other administrative and operational duties as assigned by management. Qualifications Salary: $26 to $28.00 per hour, depending on experience. Experience: Applicants must have at least 1 year of experience in medical billing and coding, as well as accounting experience. Additionally, candidates should possess a minimum of 3 years of previous management experience. A BS or BA in management, public relations, or accounting is considered an advantage. Essential Skills: Demonstrated proficiency in scheduling and calendar management systems. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong organizational and time management abilities. Proven ability to work effectively with diverse communities. Proficiency with standard office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite).
