This is a highly meaningful, customerservicedriven position supporting mostly elderly patients-so patience, kindness, and empathy are essential. You'll manage frontdesk responsibilities, coordinate appointments, verify insurance, and help keep our office running smoothly.Pay Range (Based on Relevant Experience)0-2 years:$17.15/hr 3-4 years:$19.00/hr 5+ years:$20.00/hrWhat You'll DoProvide excellent frontdesk service-greet patients, assist walkins, and guide them to exam rooms. Manage incoming calls with patience and clarity. Communicate frequently with our Grand Rapids office and other branch locations. Schedule and register patients with accuracy and professionalism. Maintain complete and correct patient documentation. Learn and use W+F software (training provided). Verify insurance information using various insurance portals. Process and track patient orders, including outbound followup calls.
