The Pricing Analyst will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy, completeness, and consistency of Cytek's customer pricing and contracting data within the CRM and ERP systems. This role will focus on collaboration between strategy, analytics and pricing alignment with Marketing to enable sustained revenue growth while managing SOX compliance rules surrounding pricing details. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform essential duties and responsibilities satisfactorily. Clean and organize customer pricing data from various sources, ensuring data accuracy, consistency and integrity Act as the gate keeper for all teams requesting customer specific discount pricing within the CRM system and managing consistency of data within the ERP system. Perform exploratory data analysis to identify data inconsistencies, patterns, trends, and correlations in large data sets Collaborate with Marketing, Finance and CRM Program Management teams to kick off annual price increase activities ensuring pricing details are available to contracted customers within the time frames indicated in their agreements Support the identification and resolution of pricing anomalies, working closely with stakeholders to address issues promptly Serve as the lead for the Salesforce CLM functionality project with IT and consulting teams Responsible for the consistent transfer of contractual obligations from tenders and contracts into the Salesforce CLM environment. Establish scalable pricing processes, dashboards and governance tools for ongoing tracking and insight delivery Conduct ad hoc analyses to answer specific business questions and provide accurate and actionable recommendations Report generation for stakeholders requiring pricing details for their specific customers Communicate effectively with teams and stakeholders to convey data quality issues and recommended solutions Contribute to the design and implementation of data entry processes to enhance precision and efficiency. Assist as needed with long-term quoting for sales teams Other responsibilities as assigned REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS: The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. Bachelor's degree in related discipline 3+ years working with commercial teams, with data quality as a focus 3+ years experience with contracting requirements for pricing Familiarity in CRM and ERP systems Strong flexibility to work with a variety of application development applications Exceptional organizational skills, detail oriented, adaptive and strong client focused mindset Excellent proficiency with Microsoft Office Programs (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Ability to manage a variety of tasks with tight timelines Excellent quantitative, analytical, written, and oral communication skills Comfortable navigating through ambiguity and crafting solutions without a defined guideline Strong work ethic and highly developed problem-solving skills Enjoy working under time constraints and ability to excel under pressure PHYSICAL DEMANDS AND WORK ENVIRONMENT: The physical demands described here are representative of those that an employee must meet to perform the essential functions of this job successfully.
