Human Resources - Workplace Investigator

Ethics Investigator Conducts detailed reviews of ethics cases and supports investigations through data analysis and reporting. Provides guidance on policy interpretation and collaborates with cross-functional teams to ensure adherence to ethical standards and regulatory obligations. Duties and Responsibilities: Conducts thorough investigations into allegations of unethical behavior, including gathering evidence, interviewing involved parties, and documenting findings. Analyzes investigation data to identify patterns or recurring issues and recommend process improvements, and/or corrective actions. Drafts detailed investigation reports with clear findings, supporting evidence, and actionable recommendations. Provides guidance to junior team members on investigation protocols and compliance standards. Collaborates with HR, Legal, and other departments to ensure investigations align with company policies and regulatory requirements. Monitors case progress and ensures timely resolution in accordance with internal SLAs. Supports the development of ethics training materials by contributing insights from recent investigations. Performs other duties as assigned.
