OverviewWe are looking for a highly skilled and dependable Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist to provide expert anesthesia services in a dynamic hospital setting. This role involves delivering specialized care to patients aged 12 and older in a tertiary facility, supporting a care team model, and working with a variety of shifts that promote work-life balance. Required Skills Valid RN license issued by the MN Board of NursingCertified as a Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) by the MN Board of NursingMinimum of 1 year of clinical experience as a CRNAProficiency in Epic EMR systemACLS and BLS Tier 2-Advanced Cardiac Life Support certifications upon hireAbility to work a minimum of two consecutive weeks per month, with at least 36 hours weekly, including some overnight and weekend shiftsStrong communication and teamwork skillsNice to Have Skills Experience in tertiary healthcare settingsAbility to perform and support specialized procedures (note: CRNAs do not perform blocks, A-lines, epidurals, or spinals in this role)Flexibility to cover occasional overnight shiftsPrior experience with Care Team Model and room turnover processesPreferred Education and Experience Graduate-level education in nursing or anesthesiaAt least one year of post-licensure anesthesia practice in a hospital settingOther Requirements Residency or commute of at least 50 miles from Abbott Northwestern (MN is not a compact state)Credentialing timeframe of approximately 90-120 daysAbility to work various shift lengths, including 8, 10, 12, or 16 hours, with days starting between 6:30 am and 8 pmWillingness to support staffing needs with occasionally flexible overnight or weekend shiftsValid licensure, certifications, and compliance with all relevant licensure, certification, travel, and reimbursement policiesThis is an excellent opportunity to advance your career while enjoying a competitive pay rate, continuous support from a dedicated team, and flexible scheduling.
