You’ll manage discovery, prepare filings, coordinate litigation events, and ensure every case is organized, compliant, and ready for the next phase. Your work directly contributes to stronger case outcomes, smoother trials, and a positive client experience. Responsibilities include: Managing assigned litigation caseloads to ensure consistent case progression and compliance Preparing, reviewing, and organizing pleadings, motions, discovery responses, and exhibits Maintaining litigation calendars and tracking deadlines, hearings, and court appearances Drafting legal correspondence and documents in accordance with court rules Coordinating written discovery, subpoenas, depositions, and expert communications Summarizing medical records, depositions, and discovery materials for attorney review Preparing trial binders, witness lists, exhibit indexes, and pre-trial materials Supporting attorneys during hearings, mediations, arbitrations, and trials Serving as a primary point of contact for clients regarding scheduling and case updates Communicating with medical providers, expert witnesses, and opposing counsel as directed Ensuring all case documentation is complete, accurate, and properly uploaded into the case management system Maintaining confidentiality and compliance with firm policies Proactively managing files to prevent delays, missed deadlines, or case review escalations Requirements and Qualifications: 10+ years of litigation paralegal experience 5+ years of Personal Injury litigation experience Full-cycle litigation experience Prior trial preparation experience, trial binders, exhibits, evidence org.
