Our client is a growing global law firm that is continuing it's expansion in the Bay Area. The firm offers a diverse and challenging workplace where collaborative professionals thrive. They are currently looking for a Corporate Secretary to be located in their San Francisco office. 4 onsite/1 remote hybrid schedule. Responsibilities: Oversee day-to-day administrative operations for assigned attorneys, balancing workloads and escalating resource needs as required. Provide advanced administrative and technical support, including document preparation, correspondence, presentations, and adherence to firm policies and procedures. Manage attorney calendars, email, travel, expenses, and meeting logistics, ensuring proactive coordination and timely follow-up. Maintain organized electronic files and support the full matter lifecycle, including client intake, conflicts, engagement letters, budgeting, billing, and matter close-out. Support business development and client service initiatives while serving as a professional liaison to internal departments, clients, courts, and external contacts; contribute to team coverage and training efforts as needed. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree preferred. 2+ years of administrative experience, preferably in a legal or professional services environment; Strong written and verbal communication skills, with excellent grammar, attention to detail, and ability to draft professional correspondence. Proven interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively across all levels of an organization and with external stakeholders. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and comfort learning and using firm technology systems. Salary: Up to 125K, some flexibility depending on experience.
