LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with a respected law firm seeking a detail‑oriented paralegal who thrives in a dynamic environment and enjoys meaningful case involvement from start to finish. ✨ What You"ll Do Manage a high‑volume insurance defense caseload from intake through trial Serve as a primary point of contact for attorneys, clients, experts, and witnesses Draft pleadings, motions, discovery responses, subpoenas, affidavits, and trial documents Coordinate discovery: organize exhibits, summarize depositions, and prepare medical/employment records Conduct legal and factual research to support case strategy Prepare and file court documents in state and federal courts (including e‑filing) Track deadlines, maintain docketing, and ensure timely filings Assist with trial prep — trial binders, exhibits, witness coordination, courtroom logistics Communicate with IME physicians, experts, and third‑party providers Maintain accurate billable time entries and support attorneys with pre‑bill review ? What You Bring 3+ years of litigation experience (insurance defense required) Strong understanding of civil litigation rules, deadlines, and procedures Proficiency with legal research tools, case management software, and Microsoft Office Exceptional attention to detail, organization, and ability to multitask Strong written and verbal communication skills Paralegal Certificate preferred; Bachelor"s degree a plus ?
