This role supports attorneys handling insurance defense, oil & gas, and complex commercial litigation. Responsibilities: Draft and edit pleadings, briefs, and correspondence. Handle electronic court filings. Maintain calendars, schedule meetings, and arrange travel. Organize electronic and paper files. Assist with billing and timekeeping. Qualifications: Minimum 3 years as a litigation legal secretary/assistant at a law firm. Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Imanage, Elite.
