Trial Litigation Paralegal

This is a full-time, in-office, non-exempt position with paid overtime and long-term growth potential. The paralegal will support multiple trial attorneys in a fast-paced environment and play a critical role in high-stakes litigation matters. Key Responsibilities: Draft and file federal and state court documents Manage high-volume litigation support and deadlines Support multiple attorneys simultaneously Assist with trial preparation and filings Maintain accuracy, organization, and discretion Qualifications: Strong litigation and court-filing experience Experience with white-collar, tax, or complex business litigation preferred Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to thrive in a demanding, in-office environment Tools Used: Disco, Elite, PACER This role is well-suited for a paralegal who values quality work, professional collaboration, and stability.
