The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in patient care and a deep understanding of oncology practices. This role involves diagnosing and treating patients with cancer, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, and providing comprehensive care throughout the treatment process. The Oncologist will also engage in ongoing education and research to stay current with advancements in the field.ResponsibilitiesProvide exceptional clinical care in both outpatient and inpatient settings, managing cancer patients across various stages of treatment.Collaborate with an experienced team of oncology professionals to ensure comprehensive and compassionate patient care.Perform consultations in all three hospitals and coordinate care with specialists in related fields.Support the Cancer Center's mission by actively participating in patient education and support activities.RequirementsMedical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institution with completion of residency in Oncology or related field.Board certification in Oncology is preferred.Strong background in patient care with excellent communication skills.Experience working within a hospital setting is highly desirable.Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team environment.Commitment to continuous learning and professional development in oncology practices.Why Emanate Health?At Emanate Health, we are proud of our rich history and strong community presence.
