Duties include: maintaining diaries and calendars; dictation; processing settlement checks; drafting of pleadings, motions, discovery requests, dismissals, subpoenas and releases; generating monthly reports; various other legal and administrative tasks as assigned. Candidates should have at least three years prior experience as a litigation paralegal. Qualifications ·        Minimum of 3 years of experience as a litigation paralegal. ·        Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. ·        Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook. ·        Ability to efficiently manage a high volume of files. ·        Excellent time management and communication skills. ·        Strong proofreading skills.  Schedule:  Monday - Friday | 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM (on site) Salary:$28.00-$32.00/hr
