Oracle HCM Cloud Implementation Consultant (W2)Location: Newark, NJ (Hybrid) Duration: 7 months Employment Type: Contract W2 only Positions: 1 Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Oracle HCM Cloud Implementation Consultant with strong functional expertise across Oracle Fusion HCM modules, including Compensation and Payroll. The consultant will play a key role in solution delivery for Oracle HCM Cloud implementations, working across the full implementation lifecycle from planning through go-live. This role requires a hands-on implementation consultant who can work directly with business stakeholders, configure solutions, and support deployment activities. Responsibilities Lead and support full lifecycle Oracle HCM Cloud (Fusion) implementations Participate in requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, and go-live Configure Oracle HCM Cloud modules including: Core HCM Compensation Payroll Provide functional consulting and advisory support to business stakeholders Support solution delivery activities across implementation phases Coordinate with technical and functional teams during deployment Assist with UAT, documentation, and post-go-live stabilization Required Skills Oracle HCM Cloud (Fusion) implementation experience Compensation module experience Payroll module experience Cloud HCM solution delivery Functional consulting experience Multiple full lifecycle implementations Preferred Qualifications Prior consulting or advisory experience Experience working in hybrid client environments Strong stakeholder communication skills Skills: Oracle HCM Cloud,Oracle Fusion HCM,Compensation,Payroll,Solution Delivery
