Senior mechanical assembler

This is a purely mechanical role (minimal electrical testing) that requires "senior-level" assembly intuition without the over-complexities of a technician role. If you have a sharp eye for detail, a diverse mechanical toolkit, and want a role where your skills are actually utilized across different projects, we want to talk to you. salary: $48,000 - $58,000 per year shift: First work hours: 8 AM - 5:30 PM education: High School Responsibilities Position and align parts using jigs, fixtures, and specialized holding devices Crimping, staking, screwing, and press-fitting-while installing moving parts like shafts and bearings to ensure fluid mechanical movement. Assembly tasks such as epoxy bonding, potting, curing, and etching, alongside secondary operations like drilling, tapping, and deburring using hand tools and drill presses. Perform visual and mechanical inspections using precision instruments like micrometers, calipers, and GO/NO-GO gages Maintain quality records, including First Piece, In-Process, and Last Piece inspections, while managing serialization and color-coding for full production traceability.
