Keeneland Association, a leader in Thoroughbred Racing & Sales, is seeking quality candidates for the Patron Operations Internship for the Spring 2025 semester to work with the full time Patron Operations department with various events and activations. Throughout the year interns will also have the opportunity to participate in educational, interactive and career development programming as well support other departments including Marketing, Guest Services, Promotions, Special Events, Sponsorship and Hospitality. Responsibilities: Work alongside the Patron Operations team to prepare logistics for the race meet to ultimately ensure an exceptional customer experience. Assist in patron operations as it relates to parking, ticketing and guest services. Work across departs to assist with signage and wayfinding for patrons during the race meet and off-season. Secure and manage food trucks and other vendors to enhance the fan experience. This includes managing their logistics and check-in on race days. Manage The Hill, Keeneland's dedicated tailgating lot, during race meet including coordinating with vendors and managing promotions and activations in this space. Assist in reviewing customer surveys, compiling feedback to help various departments improve operations.
