Our world headquarters in Cincinnati has an exciting opportunity for an Invoicing Specialist. The Invoicing Specialist role will report to the Senior Accounting Manager. The Invoicing Specialist will assist the Senior Accounting Manager with daily tasks such as, client billing, invoicing, monthly reporting, support with meeting client requests and assisting with maintaining accurate client data. To be successful in this role, you must be a self-starter, driven and passionate professional with strong attention to detail, preference for technical analysis, as well as an analytical thinker with a robust finance and accounting background. Duties and Responsibilities Include: Accounts receivable management through creating and submitting invoices to clients Billing and invoicing clients Ensure accuracy of client records from point of billing, invoicing and completing client reporting Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously Possess exceptional attention to detail and accuracy Qualifications Include: Minimum 2+ years' experience in accounting Comfortable using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) Power user in Excel and Microsoft word (i.e. pivot tables, etc.) Why Choose Olberding Brand Family?
