An opportunity is available for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide essential behavioral support within a school-based setting in Leland, NC. This full-time contract role involves working collaboratively with educational teams to support students across various grade levels, including elementary, middle, and high school. Key Responsibilities: Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) to identify student needs and develop targeted interventions. Design and implement individualized Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) to support positive student outcomes. Provide consultation and coaching to teachers, paraprofessionals, and school staff to ensure consistent behavior management strategies. Monitor student progress through data collection and analysis to inform treatment adjustments. Collaborate with Individualized Education Program (IEP) teams and participate in meetings to support student success. Adapt caseload and workload according to district requirements and student needs. Qualifications: Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification is required. Experience working in school-based or pediatric settings is preferred. Strong skills in communication and teamwork to effectively collaborate with multidisciplinary school teams. Schedule and Setting: Full-time position with 37.5 hours per week.
