The Project Lead is accountable for delivering construction projects to stated goals through disciplined planning, strong execution, and effective team leadership. This role owns the development and execution of the Project Plan, leverages the Project Execution Process (PEP), and coordinates across field teams, operations, and customers to deliver safe, highquality projects on schedule and within budget. The Project Lead also plays a key role in reinforcing planning discipline, mentoring field leaders, and developing talent. Develop and execute comprehensive project plans aligned with contract requirements, budgets, and customer expectations Lead daytoday project execution across safety, quality, production, and schedule performance Coordinate internal teams, field leadership, subcontractors, vendors, and customers to ensure aligned execution Monitor job cost reports, production data, and schedules; adjust work plans to meet budget and schedule targets Champion safety planning, hazard mitigation, site walks, and corrective action processes Coach and mentor Field Leads, Crew Task Leads, and project team members to support talent development We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
