Job Title: Senior Coupa Functional Analyst Client Industry: Government / Financial Services Location: Washington, DC (Local staff onsite daily with one telework day per week; full-time remote option available for non-local candidates) Job Status: Contract, April 6, 2026 - December 31, 2026 Citizenship Requirement: U.S. Citizen or Green Card Holder Position Summary: Our client is seeking an experienced Coupa Functional Analyst to join our Technology Services ERP Cloud Solution Delivery team. You will support the Coupa production environment, troubleshoot issues, configure system functionality, and assist with integrations to financial systems. You'll work closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to deliver enhancements, support system updates, and ensure smooth operations of the Coupa platform. Key Responsibilities: Provide production support for Coupa, resolving issues and system defects. Configure workflows, approvals, analytics, and other Coupa modules. Support integrations between Coupa and enterprise financial systems, including Workday Finance. Perform testing for system updates, releases, and configuration changes. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze processes, and implement solutions. Manage Coupa updates, evaluate new features, and document configurations, tests, and changes. Required Experience & Skills: 5+ years as a Coupa Functional Analyst. 10+ years of experience across the full SDLC. Strong experience configuring Coupa workflows, reports, and approval hierarchies. Experience with integrations between Coupa and financial systems. Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, and communication skills. Preferred Qualifications: Experience supporting Coupa integrations with Workday Finance. Familiarity with cloud-based ERP platforms and enterprise procurement/finance systems.
