Job Description

A part-time Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) opportunity is available at an elementary school location in Fremont, CA. This contract position begins ASAP and continues through the End of School Year (EOSY), offering a caseload focused on supporting elementary-aged students. The role requires a qualified candidate with foundational and specialized SLP experience aligned with school settings. Key Responsibilities: • Provide assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of speech, language, and communication disorders for elementary students. • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school teams to develop Individualized Education Plans (IEPs). • Deliver individualized and group therapy sessions in compliance with educational standards. • Maintain detailed documentation of student progress and services. • Participate in multidisciplinary meetings and contribute to student success planning. Desired Qualifications: • Eligibility or certification as an SLP, including credentials such as SLP - CFY, SLP - CCC, or SLP - School certification. • Experience with school-age child caseloads strongly preferred. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to work part-time, approximately two days per week. • Commitment to supporting diverse learners in an educational setting. Location: • Elementary school setting within Fremont, California.
