Description The Nautilus Pier 4 is looking for a talented, passionate, and knowledgeable beverage manager to join our team. Pay is highly competitive and includes administrative work and shift work. Top notch beverage service and an excellent palate and a love for cocktail creation are necessary as well. Responsibilities are consistent with a typical beverage manager position including but not limited to ownership over beverage program creation, direction, organization, ordering, invoicing and inventory, floor management tasks as needed, and 5 shifts/wk of spending time behind the bar during dinner service for training and development of staff, cultivating a robust regular guest program, and helping to improve our systems and culture.
