Duties: Plan, organize, and implement curriculum for children ages 2-5 in accordance with Wisconsin licensing standards; support teachers with expertise in child psychology; assess emotional and developmental needs; implement individualized behavior support plans; train staff on behavior management; collaborate with teachers and families; maintain safe and inclusive environment; communicate progress with parents and administration; maintain compliance with continuing education requirements.
