Speech Language Pathologist in Boca Raton, FL

A full-time Speech Language Pathologist (SLP), including Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates, is needed for multiple school locations within Palm Beach County, Florida. This contract position provides an excellent opportunity to support students across a variety of age groups and needs within a well-established school district. Supervision is available for CFY clinicians; however, candidates must hold an active Florida provisional SLP license from the Department of Health. This is an on-site role based in Boca Raton, FL, with assignments spread across several schools throughout the county. Key Responsibilities: Deliver speech-language therapy services tailored to individual student needs, including Regular Education, Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), Pre-K, Deaf and Hard of Hearing (DHH), and other specialized programs Manage a caseload that varies by location and age group, providing evidence-based interventions to support communication development Collaborate with educators, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to implement and document Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) Participate in compliance activities including fingerprinting and credential verification as per Florida school district requirements Engage in prescreen interviews and complete any required training and certification processes Qualifications: Active FL provisional Speech Language Pathologist license from the Department of Health Speech Language Pathologist or SLP-CFY credentials Ability to complete Florida Department of Education fingerprinting requirements, including AHCA Clearinghouse verification or reprints as required Strong communication and collaboration skills with students, staff, and families Available for a full-time schedule (35 hours per week, approx. 7 hours per day) Willingness to work on-site with multiple possible school assignments throughout Palm Beach County Assignment Details: Start Date: ASAP End Date: 5/29/2026 Locations: Multiple school sites across Palm Beach County including Boca Raton and West Palm Beach Caseloads vary by school and student age group, with opportunities to work with diverse populations and communication models This contract role offers a meaningful way to impact student communication outcomes in South Florida schools.
