A well-established school district in Elgin, IL, is seeking a full-time, licensed School Psychologist to provide both in-person and remote support for students. Key Responsibilities: Conduct psychological assessments and evaluations primarily for high school students, supporting their academic and emotional well-being. Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs). Participate actively in scheduling and facilitating IEP meetings, ensuring clear communication with families and staff. Provide consultation and support across the district as needed, demonstrating adaptability and a broad range of expertise. Uphold all Illinois state licensing requirements and district policies related to school psychology. Qualifications: Valid School Psychologist license in the state of Illinois. Proven experience working with adolescent students, particularly in a high school setting. Strong skills in psychological assessment, IEP development, and collaborative problem-solving. Ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment, balancing in-person and remote responsibilities with flexibility. Excellent communication skills with families, students, and educators.
