Our client, a leading manufacturing organization specializing in garage door production, is seeking a dedicated 2nd Shift Supervisor to join their team. As a 2nd Shift Supervisor, you will be an integral part of the manufacturing operations, supporting a dynamic team committed to safety, quality, and efficiency. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, problem-solving abilities, and effective communication skills, which will align successfully within the organization. Job Title: 2nd Shift Supervisor Location: Burgettstown, PA Pay Range: $25 Shift: 3:30pm to 2am Monday through Thursday (Friday is overtime) What's the Job? Oversee manufacturing operations, ensuring safety, quality, and production targets are met Direct daily workflows and manage staff to maintain a productive environment Train and mentor production team members to foster continuous improvement Enforce safety regulations and monitor compliance to maintain a safe workplace Manage inventory and equipment to optimize operational efficiency What's Needed? Proven experience in a manufacturing or supervisory role Strong problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills Ability to safely lift or move at least 50 lbs Competency in operating or training staff on production machinery and software High School Diploma or equivalent required What's in it for me?
