We are seeking a motivated individual to join us as a Senior Credit Analyst. The ideal candidate will have demonstrated equipment underwriting experience of large ticket transactions and data evaluation. The ideal candidate will be an experienced analyst with a minimum of three years of large-ticket equipment underwriting experience and a proven track record of success, supported by the ability to provide sample credit write-ups. Dext offers strong benefits and is committed to leveraging technology while enabling our employees to grow in a high-performance environment Job Duties/Responsibilities: Understand and analyze financial data for complex credits including income statement, balance sheet, and statement of cash flows with focus on business cash flow, operating trends, and potential risks and using this information to formulate recommendations with appropriate structures that provide risk mitigation. Work with customers and other departments within the organization to build relationships and prepare formal presentations/write-ups for customers with complicated organizational structures and program requests with unique features for review by senior management and/or Board of Directors. Ability to adeptly analyze and underwrite and mitigate risk for difficult, large dollar requests with storied backgrounds with minimal supervision. Support business growth and portfolio quality through underwriting customer requests to credit policy. Ensure timely review of assigned transactions and credit facilities for new requests. Work closely with business development to structure and adjudicate credit requests. Special credit-related projects as needed. Interact with other departments within the business unit to address appropriate credit, documentation, and program issues. Experience Requirements: Minimum three (3) years large ticket underwriting experience. 4-year undergraduate Business degree. Ability to research and evaluate data to make informed decisions and solve problems Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office suite Healthcare underwriting (preferred) Third party program knowledge - Vendor, Capital Markets, Broker, Referral (Preferred) Characteristics Strong written and verbal communication skills. Strong organizational, analytical, problem solving, and communication skills. Works well within a team oriented, fast paced culture. Sense of discretion and willingness to maintain strict confidentiality of pertinent and sensitive information. The pay range for this role is: 80,000 - 100,000 USD per year (Headquarters)
