If Yes, How You Will Contribute to the Team: As a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in the Sub-Acute unit, you will prioritize resident care and comfort under the direction of a licensed nurse. You will provide hands-on support to our residents, ensuring they receive high-quality care that aligns with their individual needs. Your responsibilities will include: Assisting residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) (e.g., bathing, dressing, grooming) Assisting residents with ambulation and transfers Assisting licensed nurses with treatments and procedures as needed Maintaining the confidentiality of all resident care information Promoting a culture of safety to ensure a healthy environment for residents and staff Must Have: Successful completion of a state-approved Certified Nursing Assistant program Current CNA certification CPR/BLS High school diploma or equivalent Basic knowledge of computer use or willingness to learn Nice to Have: Experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) environment Nursing Assistant experience providing direct care to multiple residents Behavioral care / memory care experience Experience with PointClickCare (PCC) Equal Opportunity Employer All qualified applicants will be considered for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, gender identity, sexual orientation, age, national origin, veteran or disability status, or any other characteristic protected by law.
