S3 Inc. is seeking a Graphics Specialist and Researcher to join the corporate publications and proposal team at our HQ in Cummings Research Park, Huntsville, AL.Position Description: The Graphics specialist and Researcher will create advanced graphics to support proposal activity, capture managers, and other internal customers. This is a full-time position, but it may require work other than the normal schedule and extended hours occasionally. Responsibilities: Create advanced graphics in PowerPoint, Affinity Design, Affinity Photo, Publisher, and InDesign. Prepare briefings, letters, and other correspondence IAW the company style guide. Create executive-level briefings with guidance for senior management. Create marketing materials, proposal graphics, and trade show graphics. Create data files in Excel, Word, Publisher, and PowerPoint. Experience with WordPress software is desirable. Prepare social media posts to Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, and others as directed. Update or revise the content of the company website to include news releases, photos, announcements, and changes to capabilities, partnerships, association memberships, etc. Duties for this technical position also include online research and internal document management in support of capture managers; also maintains the corporate opportunity pipeline and focused research database. Conduct weekly schedule opportunity research according to the S3 profile in GovWin. Qualifications: At least 5 years of experience working with Microsoft Office programs (e.g., Excel, MS Outlook, MS Access, PowerPoint, and Publisher); 5 years of experience developing quality-level graphics and embedding graphics into official Word documents; 5 years of experience supporting marketing activities of commercial or government service business; 3 years of experience working with Social Media (e.g., Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn). 5 years of experience providing Government services. Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or comparable field.
