Squirrel Hill Wellness & Rehabilitation Center (NOW UNDER NEW MANAGEMENT) is actively seeking a skilled Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA). Position Overview: The Licensed Nursing Home Administrator will be responsible for the overall management and operation of the facility in accordance with federal, state, and local standards, ensuring quality resident care, financial stability, and staff engagement. This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong understanding of healthcare regulations and a passion for senior care. Key Responsibilities: Provide leadership and direction for all facility departments and operations Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and standards of care Oversee and participate in the development and implementation of policies and procedures Develop and manage the facility's budget, ensuring financial performance and accountability Foster a positive, resident-focused environment that encourages resident rights, dignity, and quality of life Monitor clinical outcomes, quality assurance programs, and implement continuous improvement initiatives Recruit, train, and retain qualified staff, fostering a culture of collaboration and high performance Serve as a liaison between the facility, residents, families, regulatory agencies, and the broader community Prepare for and lead facility inspections and surveys Analyze reports and data to improve operational effectiveness and resident care Qualifications: Must possess a current and active Nursing Home Administrator license in the state of Pennsylvania Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or related field Minimum of 3 years of experience as a LNHA Strong knowledge of state and federal regulations for nursing facilities Proven ability to lead teams and manage multiple priorities effectively Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills Commitment to resident-centered care and service excellence What We Offer: Competitive salary commensurate with experience Comprehensive benefits package (medical, dental, vision, PTO) Supportive and collaborative work environment Opportunities for professional development and career advancement Join Our Team:If you are a dedicated and experienced leader ready to make a difference in the lives of our residents/staff, we strongly encourage you to apply!
