About the Role: The Talent Acquisition Specialist plays a critical role in identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent to meet the organization's workforce needs across various departments. This position is responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to offer, ensuring an excellent candidate experience and aligning talent acquisition strategies with business goals.. The specialist collaborates closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies that align with business goals. By leveraging data-driven insights and market trends, the Talent Acquisition Specialist continuously improves recruitment processes to enhance efficiency and candidate quality. Ultimately, this role contributes significantly to building a diverse, skilled, and engaged workforce that drives the company's success. Minimum Qualifications: At least 3 years of experience in managing full cycle recruitment processes (sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offering). Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices and employment laws applicable in the United States. Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with candidates and internal teams. Preferred Qualifications: Professional certification such as SHRM-CP, PHR, or AIRS. Experience recruiting for a variety of roles across multiple industries or functions. Familiarity with data analytics tools to track recruitment metrics and improve hiring strategies. Demonstrated success in employer branding and candidate experience enhancement initiatives. Ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities: Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract qualified candidates. Utilize job boards, social media, networking, and other tools to identify and engage passive and active candidates. Build and maintain a network of potential candidates for future openings. Conduct initial screening and interviews to assess candidate qualifications. Manage and coordinate all stages of the hiring process, from interview scheduling to offer of acceptance. Provide an exceptional candidate experience by communicating effectively throughout the interview and hiring process. Ensure candidates are kept informed and supported during each step of the process. Maintain and update applicant tracking systems to ensure accurate and timely documentation of candidate progress and recruitment metrics. Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations throughout the recruitment process. Participate in employer branding initiatives to promote the company as an employer of choice in the competitive talent market. Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices in recruitment. Experience recruiting for skilled trades including HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical, and Generators. Ability to successfully leverage social media platforms for recruitment. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills. Ability to assess candidates effectively and make data-driven decisions. Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and Microsoft Office Suite. Knowledge of federal and state employment laws and regulations. Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
