Beverage Director Kalahari Resorts & Conventions is seeking a Beverage Director. In this role, you'll work to achieve beverage sales volume and operating profit objectives across the resort. You'll also facilitate selling and up-sales, train, assist, and schedule staff, while improving guest satisfaction. This role reports to the Food & Beverage Director. As part of our leadership team, you'll embody our Promise to Lead with Love-guiding, supporting, and inspiring associates while delivering extraordinary guest experiences. You'll elevate the guest and associate experience by shaping innovative, high-quality beverage programs that enhance every dining and event interaction across the resort. Additionally, you'll empower associates through clear standards, training, and leadership, ensuring consistent service excellence, operational efficiency, and a culture of pride and engagement. The anticipated hire date for this position is late Summer 2026.Key Responsibilities Execute a corporate vision at a high level. Collaborate with F&B teams to assess, improve, and implement the beverage sales strategy for operations. Ensure delivery of F&B revenue growth and margin enhancement throughout each Kalahari Resort outlet. Ensure all beverages and related products are consistently prepared and served according to the outlet's recipes, portioning, pouring, and serving standards. Partner with targeted operations to ensure excellence in beverage management. What We're Looking For Minimum 5+ years beverage sales management experience and food service experience required; preferably in a large hotel (over 500 rooms) or successful chain/brand of food and beverage establishments, i.e., restaurants, bars, and entertainment venues. Previous management of a multi-outlet beverage program, with revenues over 5M. Extensive knowledge of wine, spirits, and mocktails. Experience in building crafted cocktails and operating drink machines. Valid driver's license and must be at least 21 years of age. State or Local Law may require a certificate upon completion of an alcohol awareness/safety class and state-certified proper food handling certification. Strong computer skills, particularly with analyzing sales data, are helpful. Word and Excel knowledge is required. Weekends, evenings, and holiday availability are a must.
