Job Description: Pay Range: $60hr - $65hr The AEM Architect will lead the design and implementation of scalable, cloud-native Adobe Experience Manager solutions. This role requires deep expertise in AEM as a Cloud Service (AEMaaCS), architecture design, content migration strategies, DevOps integration, and enterprise-level CMS transformation initiatives. Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Required Skills And Expertise: Strong experience in AEM as a Cloud Service (AEMaaCS), including cloud-native development, CI/CD pipelines, dispatcher configuration, and environment management. In-depth understanding of AEM 6.x and AEM Cloud architecture, including migration and upgrade experience. Proficiency in AEM Sites, Assets, Workflows, Sling Models, HTL, OSGi, and JCR/Oak repository. Experience designing scalable content architectures, reusable templates, components, content fragment models, and headless APIs. Expertise in integrating AEM with Adobe Analytics, Adobe Target, Adobe Campaign, CRM systems, commerce platforms, and REST/GraphQL APIs. Knowledge of caching strategies, dispatcher rules, CDN optimization, and performance tuning. Understanding of AEM security, ACL governance, secure coding practices, and identity management. Familiarity with DevOps tools such as Git, Maven, Jenkins, Cloud Manager, Docker, and Kubernetes (optional). zure AI Search integration experience is a plus. Key Responsibilities: Lead technical Client to assess scope, infrastructure, integrations, licensing considerations, and current CMS landscape. Present architectural solutions, risks, and recommendations to business and technology leadership in a clear and business-friendly manner. Define end-to-end content migration strategy, automation framework, mapping rules, governance model, and validation processes. Finalize target architecture including component frameworks, reusable libraries, Multi-Site Manager (MSM) strategy, Cloud Manager pipelines, and DevOps architecture. Provide architectural guidance on AEMaaCS, editable templates, OSGi services, client libraries, backend integrations, and cloud-native development patterns. Create high-level and low-level architecture documents including integration diagrams, infrastructure topology, and detailed solution design artifacts. Good to Have: dobe AEM Architect / Developer certification. Experience with multi-tenant architectures and global rollouts. Knowledge of frontend frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue integrated with AEM SPA Editor. Familiarity with Headless CMS implementations using AEM Content Fragment Models and APIs. Exposure to cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCP.
