This contract position offers an opportunity to apply specialized expertise in behavior analysis within a school environment located in New Britain, CT. The role requires a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and develop effective behavior intervention plans (BIPs) tailored to individual student needs. Key responsibilities include supervising and supporting staff, including Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), who implement behavior plans, ensuring fidelity to established strategies. Collaboration is essential, as this position works closely with teachers, administrators, and families to promote consistent application of behavior interventions across settings. The BCBA will also collect and analyze data to monitor student progress and adjust interventions accordingly. Active participation in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings is an integral part of the role, providing expert guidance on Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) within the developing educational plans.
