Test Technician

Electronic Test Technician Schedule :Monday- Friday, 7AM- 3:30PM with 30 min unpaid lunch. Pay Rate:$18/hr. - $20/hr.Job Description: We are seeking a detail-orientedTest Technicianto join our Quality Assurance team. You will be responsible for the final testing and stress-testing (burn-in) of electronic assemblies, including LED systems and sirens, ensuring every product meets our high standards before reaching our public safety and industrial customers. Key Responsibilities: Product Testing:Execute test procedures on LED lightbars, sirens, and custom electronics. Burn-In Operations:Conduct thermal cycling, stress testing, and reliability screening. Analysis:Maintain accurate test logs and assist withFailure Analysis Reports (FARs)andRMAactivities. Compliance:Utilize calibrated equipment (DMMs, Oscilloscopes, etc.) in anISO 9001environment. What We’re Looking For: Education:Degree in Electronics/Electrical Engineering Tech or equivalent experience. Experience:2+ years in electronics testing or manufacturing preferred. Technical Skills:Proficiency with AC/DC power supplies, signal generators, and circuit diagnostics. Attributes:High attention to detail and the ability to meet production deadlines. Preferred Experience: Knowledge of vehicle lighting or traffic safety systems.
