Bookkeeper (Part-Time to Full-Time) Ottawa Lake MI 49267 About Us: Small, family-owned company with a two-person office and warehouse/shop operations Schedule: Start 3 days per week, transitioning to MondayFriday within a few weeks. 8:00 am-4:30pm. Responsibilities General ledger management (required) Payroll processing Accounts payable & accounts receivable Credit and debit posting/reconciliation Monthly and quarterly tax filings Answering phones and general office support Qualifications Experience with general ledger (required) Payroll and A/P & A/R experience Knowledge of monthly/quarterly taxes Strong computer skills, including Excel Experience with accounting software preferred (Global Shop training provided) If interested, please first apply on our website and then call DAYNA at 419-866-8367
